Close GalleryMas de Peyrane is an 18th Century stone farmhouse located 2.5 kilometres from the famous hilltop village of Roussillon in the heart of Provence. Surrounded by beautiful, peaceful countryside, with the Ventoux mountains to the north and the Luberon hills to the south, it has views of the ochre cliffs close to Roussillon and is within a short car drive of famous hilltop village such as Gordes, Bonnieux and Menerbes as well as many other beautiful but less known Luberon villages. The farmhouse is located on approximately 2.5 hectares, just over 6 acres.
The above photograph shows the pétanque/boules area in the foreground plus one of several shaded sitting areas. The lush lawn is manicured, setting the house off beautifully. -

Close GalleryThe swimming pool area is spacious and maintained to a very high standard. Comfy loungers, hammocks and soft, bouncy grass make for a very enjoyable place to relax and take advantage of this special place. Pool towels are provided. The pool is heated between May and the end of October. -

Close GalleryThe 15 x 5 metres swimming pool is heated for guests' comfort between May and the end of October, and a rigid cover ensures that the water temperature is maintained even when the Mistral blows. 15 metres is an excellent pool length, perfect for serious swimmers. Maximum depth is 2 meters. -
Close GalleryThe covered pergola runs the length of the property, providing shade as well as beautiful views to the pool area and beyond. At one end you have outdoor dining tables whilst at the other end, you will find comfortable outdoor seating in a well sheltered area. -
Close GalleryJust outside the dining area, this is an ideal place to dine alfresco.The iron tables are modular and can be put together in a number of different combinations. There are 26 chairs spread across several terraces.
If you prefer to dine out, there are great bistros and restaurants in the area, and local vineyards for wine tasting. -
Close GalleryJust outside the kitchen, guests will find the Weber gas barbecue and a further iron table with chairs. Two 50 cm half-moon tables (one shown against the wall) can expand the seating area of the table. -

The Kitchen terrace also has a covered area with large round table and seating as well as a shaded area with table, chairs and Weber gas barbeque just outside the kitchen, as seen in the next photograph. -

The kitchen boasts an Amana French door fridge/freezer, a Miele induction hob, Miele oven, Miele combi oven/microwave, Miele plate warmer, Miele dishwasher, 2 sinks, a waste disposal unit, a Nespresso coffee machine, Bombo bar stools around the centre island, and of course the French windows leading out onto the huge kitchen terrace area where you will find comfortable seating and space to relax, including under a covered area, as well as the large Weber gas barbecue. -
Close GalleryThe sitting room and dining area run the length of the house. Three sets of French windows lead out of this area onto the south facing covered pergolaand then on to the pool area. Steps from here lead up into the kitchen. Steps are unavoidable at Mas de Peyrane, so please enquire if a member of a party has mobility issues. -
