The placement of the Manor house is both dominant and majestic. As soon as you enter the property you are greeted by a breathtaking view
over the bay of Cannes. Evenings offer an amazing light show that can be enjoyed using the telescope found in the master's office.
You can also discover the islands of Lérins, reached by boat in 5 minutes from the bearing of Théoule sur mer.
A quite particular attention has been paid to the choice of furniture and decoration, with no expense spared. Boasting 1000 square metres living space, this is the most spacious of the 3 villas on the domaine. The Manor has the air of a Provencal chateau.
Situated on the ground floor overlooking the garden, pool and beyond, the private office is an ideal place for important business meetings. The mirror over the open fire turns into a TV screen at the touch of a button. Use the telescope to discover the bay and the islands.
Bedroom 2: A ground floor, air-conditioned room with French windows leading out onto a terrace with comfortable seating. The bed measures 200 x 200. As with all the
bedrooms a flat screen TV pops up from the furniture at the base of the bed.
The spaciousness of the interior dining table is matched by its exterior equivalent, sitting on the covered terrace. This part of the terraced area is equipped with heaters at ceiling height to ensure al fresco dining whatever the weather.
Home entertainment at its best - the second ground floor lounge is a hit with the younger members of the group. It transforms itself into a home cinema if you want to watch a movie, or a disco with multi-coloured lighting for an evening of dancing and fun.
The Manor is marked as 'Le Manor des Oliviers' on this French plan, and is located centrally north of the estate. The plan marks a variety of walks to be enjoyed on the estate and also the routes that are safe to be used by the golf cart which is available to guests.
Notice the lake situated in the centre of the estate which contains 9,000 m3 of water. The Mediterranean water feature has been carefully managed using an ecological approach with environmental protection in mind, emphasis being placed on botanic species and in the saving of water consumption.
A tennis court is available for your sporting pleasure, located a little south of the lake. The helipad is located a little west of the Manor house.
The Bay of Cannes is due west of the estate and can be clearly seen. The view at night is particularly impressive, especially when the film festival is in town!
The fitness rooms are situated below the infinity swimming pool. As well as the work-out equipment you have a sauna, gamma and large jacuzzi spa. The views over the Bay of Cannes are magnificent form this area.
