L'Auberge de Gordes is a traditional Provençal stone-built villa situated within a few minutes walk of the renowned and beautiful village of Gordes. With a charming rustic feel, this is the ideal vacation rental for discovering the best the Luberon National Park has to offer.
The house sleeps 6 people, has a pool, and dramatic views over the Luberon valley. There is lots of outdoor space, including outdoor cooking and dining areas. The house is beautifully and thoughtfully decorated.
Its unique setting commands views to the South over the Luberon valley reaching to Roussillon, Ménerbes, Lacoste and beyond.
Due to the uneven nature of the garden the owners have regrettably decided not to accept children under the age of 7. Babies who will not be able to walk at the time of the rental would be accepted.

Gordes, Luberon, Provence, south of France.
Gordes is a beautiful hilltop village perched in the heart of the Luberon National Park. It is classified as one of France's most beautiful villages and is definitely one of the brightest gems in Provence's crown. This sought-after village offers tourists more attractions than other Provençal villages of similar size. It has a wide selection of restaurants, spas and shops from the family-friendly to the exclusive range of products.
Its houses and buildings of white stone root themselves into the sharp cliff of the mountain, its labyrinth of "calades" (narrow cobblestone streets) do not leave the visitor indifferent to its charms.
Gordes is 30min from Avignon, 2h40 from Paris by TGV and one hour from the capital by plane, 45min from the Marseille-Provence Airport in Marignane and two hours from Nice and the Riviera.

Close Galleryl'Auberge de Gordes is situated on a minor road leading out of the back of the village but well elevated off the road. There is a sign at the end of the road directing anyone other than residents away from approaching Gordes via our road. So although there is some local traffic there is not any congestion. The main road leading into and out of Gordes is the other side of the village.
