All 6 en-suite bedrooms are spacious and very private, as the property also functions as a bed-&-breakfast. In a unique location on the edge of the Luberon to the south and right at the foot of the Mont Ventoux just to the north, Méthamis is a tiny Provençal village with a surprising history - it once served as a remote fortified outpost storing grain and gold for the ancient trade city of Massilia, now known as Marseilles. It is within a 30-minute drive of Bédoin, Carpentras, Pernes-les-Fontaines, l'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, Venasque, Gordes, Roussillon and Sault, among many others.

On account of the low wall surrounding the pool and courtyard area overlooking the gorges, this property is not suitable for children.
