The basic configuration of this house sleeps 12 guests in six bedrooms (the three sections on the left-hand side are divided into 2 bedrooms each), with the central section accommodating the property guardians who reside there permanently (it goes without saying that this section faces outwards, not overlooking the rest of the property, where guests have independent access and complete privacy). The accommodation can be extended to 18 people, for an extra cost, by including these three (slightly less high-standard) bedrooms. Please enquire for more details on this possibility.

Pernes-les-Fontaines is a lovely medieval fortified town. The remaining fortifications include defensive walls dating back to the 16th century, and several defensive "portes" dating to the 16th and 14th centuries. The Tour Ferrande is a 13th-century donjon tower with frescos. The old castle of the Counts of Toulouse, with its 13th-century donjon, 1484 clock and 1764 campanile, is one of the oldest in the "Comtat".

The right-hand side is made up of the pool maintenance room, pool house and 2 bedrooms, while the middle section is the guardians' residence (that does not overlook the rest of the property) and the 3 sections on the left-hand side contain two bedrooms, the living room & ktichen, and two bedrooms, respectively.

They are all connected by a long corridor which starts at the pool house, but are well isolated from each other as each pair of bedrooms is separated from the next by another section.
