The pool and surrounding gardens are screened by hedges and trees to provide some privacy, and although there is daytime traffic to the cave the setting is peaceful and secluded.
The hilltop village of nearby Séguret is classed as one of the prettiest in France, with its historic castle ruins and panoramic views of the Dentelles de Montmirail and the surrounding vineyards.
