The Mediterranean beaches are about 1.5 hours away. All the colorful Provence open-air markets (Gordes, Roussillon, Coustellet, Apt) are within 5 to 15 minutes of the house, as well as the local farmers market. Goult is 5 mn by car and offers all necessary shopping (butcher, baker, groceries, cafes, restaurants, and caterer). There are large supermarkets in Coustellet and Apt (10-25 minutes away). Don't miss the Abbaye de Senanque, a hike amidst the red rocks of the Petit Colorado, the summer operas and concerts of Lourmarin, la Roque-d'Anthéron, Orange, Aix and Avignon. -

If you have several couples here then they all can have large, comparable bedrooms. Villa Maria has three king size bedrooms that could each serve as a master bedroom en-suite. The 3 large bedrooms in the main house are all equipped with en-suite bathrooms, King-sized (180 cm) beds, alarm/CD players, and air conditioning. -
