This impressive Aixoise "Maison de maître" is a luxury Provencal rental villa set just 10-15 minutes' drive slightly northwest from the centre of the charming city of Aix-en-Provence. Air-conditioned bedrooms, tennis court, heated infinity pool, gym/fitness room, 10 hectares of manicured grounds (including a 1000-tree olive grove!)... Beaumanière really does have it all.
The villa is advertised as sleeping, 11 people: two in each of the four large double bedrooms and one in each of the three smaller bedrooms (not pictured here), however, it is possible to sleep 2 children in each of these small rooms instead of one adult, bringing the total maximum capacity to 8 adults and 6 children.
There is a 17-meter pool large pool house, an "orangerie" with a fully equipped gym, a tennis court, olive and lavender fields, and a lot of games and activities.
Pets are not allowed.

The property is located right next to a brand new 18-hole course with a driving range and great views - a golfer's delight. There are shops for all your needs just 5 minutes away and the delightful beaches of Cassis are at just half an hour's drive. Aix TGV station is only 15 minutes away and can get you to Paris in under 3 hours, while Marseilles airport is a 30-minute drive.
