Close GalleryThe heated swimming pool measures 10m x 5 metres, with steps leading down into it. Surrounded by stone then gardens and lawn, you'll find a shade covered trellis at one end and plenty of sun loungers for all to enjoy. The villa has both air con and a heated pool; however you must choose between them. Usually in summer guests prefer air con, since the pool heats up nicely, and with the pool cover used at night, there is not a lot of need for a heated pool. In spring and fall guests prefer the heated pool along with heat in the villa. -
Close Gallery'Les Cigales' is superb all year round. If you prefer to holiday in Provence during the cooler months, then the indoors has everything you'll need. If you prefer the warm summer months.....the outdoors has everything you'll need. Delightfully comfortable cushioned sofas and armchairs out on the shaded terrace. Sliding glass doors open up to the lounge inside. Aircon may not be necessary; the house is very well insulated; closing the shutters and draperies during the day, helps to keep the heat out. Then in the cooler temps of the evening, you open the shutters. -

Featured is the outdoor trellis shaded dining area and in fact, this table can be moved into the sunshine if you prefer. Whatever you choice, the outlook is over the terraced garden, and the pool area, with the mountains in the distance and no neighbours to be seen. -

Close GalleryThe fully equipped kitchen has an American fridge/freezer, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, two sinks, electric cooktop and cupboards overflowing with quality utensils, crockery and cutlery. Having described all the dining options above....I forgot one....you can also "eat in" in the kitchen! Open plan to the more formal dining area and divided by a bar, the sunshine and light pour in and the conversation flows, so no-one need feel alone in the kitchen. A door to the two outdoor dining areas runs off the kitchen. -

Again, glass doors open up to the exterior with garden views and offering lots of light. -

Mom and Dad in the queen sized bedroom adjacent, and one or two kids bunking into the double bed here and sharing the bathroom. -

Close GalleryThis first floor bedroom has a queen (160cm) sized bed, side tables and good reading lights. A pine armoire offers plenty of hanging space. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, each with en-suites. All are well furnished with dressing tables and drawer space, lots of light pouring in through windows looking out over the garden and pool. All are spacious and very comfortable. -
