A great view of the pool and surrounding greenery. If you look on the top left of the photo you will see part of the ancient medieval village on the hilltop. The "modern" village is now located on the flat part of town.
The pool measures 14 x 4.5 metres. It is heated and has a semi-hard cover. There are wide steps leading in to the water. It is heated up to a max of 28 C, 82 F. by a geo-thermal system and is surrounded by gorgeous semi-tropical scenery.
The house has huge, open living spaces with three bedrooms, each with its own terrace. All this space provides lots of privacy for the occupants. The home has an aero-thermal underfloor heating and cooling system. It keeps the home pleasantly cool when hot, and you can leave windows and doors open.
Beautiful "poutres" (ancient style ceiling beams) frame one end of the kitchen. On the left is a long kitchen counter with sink, cooktop, tons of storage, oven, coffeemakers and much more. For your arrival the fridge is stocked with water, 3 bottles each of white, rose and red wine, cheeses, fruit, butter, eggs, coffee, tea, crackers and more!
The huge terrace for the master bedroom; on the left in the distance you see the medieval village on the hillside. This is a great place to take a walk from the villa and learn some history of the village.
The second bedroom is on the ground floor of the main house and has access to the garden; plus it has its own terrace. All the bedrooms are private with their own terrace so this would be a great place for 3 couples.
