Facing due south towards the beautiful Luberon hills, Sage Cottage lies just below the pretty perched village of Joucas where you can walk to buy bread or croissants for breakfast, or eat lunch overlooking the local vineyards. The well-known village of Roussillon is clearly visible on the nearby hills and you can watch the sun going down behind the famous village of Gordes from the gardens as you sip a local aperitif.

The garden and terraced areas are accessed directly from the living room. The lawn is watered automatically to ensure it remains green and lush all summer long. The swimming pool is 7 metres wide and increases in depth from 1.4 to 1.6 metres in the middle.

The view from the first floor at Mas des Vignes (the neighbouring property), shared of course by the other properties, all of which enjoy this south view across the Luberon valley towards the famous hills where Menerbes, Bonnieux, Lacoste, Oppede-le-Vieux and others are perched. Rousillon (famous for its ochre) and Gordes can both be seen from the property, and both are about 10 minutes away by car.

Both bedrooms are on the first floor - they share a recently renovated bathroom with shower, sink, and WC.

Sage Cottage sleeps up to 4 people in two double bedrooms. Both bedrooms have two 90 cm beds, so both rooms can be made up as either kingsize doubles or twins. The bedrooms share a shower room with sink and WC.

Household amenities: Dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven/gas hob, microwave, DVD, satellite TV (English channels), CD player, hairdryer.
