We had 13 adults and 2 kids stay for one week. The house is amazing. Everything on the outside is impeccable: the pool, the hot tub, the petanque course, the landscaping complete with lavenderand butt... Read more erflies, and on and on. The inside is equally outstanding. The house has 4 floors and we easily could spread out and find places to get away and have privacy, but than meet at one of 3 giant dining tables for group meals (inside, porch, lawn). The owner linked us with an amazing chef. Her name is Soko and she's Japanese but don't let that fool you. She cooks amazing French food. She shopped, cooked, cleaned up, etc. We didn't lift a finger. It was amazing. We rented bikes (which the owner also helped us with) and biked to many places that were so, so beautiful. We rented electric bikes and traditional bikes. My wife, who rarely cycles, biked with me to LaCoste (7 miles each direction because we purposely went the scenic route) and totally loved it. She loved it so much, I am now an $800 electric bike for her! Point being, the hills are NOTHING on an electric bike. Bonnieux is literally a 3 minute bike ride from the house. The Lavender Distillery is a 15 minute bike ride. Saignon is a 20 minute bike ride. We are in our 40's, 50's, and 60's and every single person that had the electric bike loved all the rides. Passing fields of lavender, olives, cherries, apricots, was just outstanding.

Speaking of outstanding, the owners of this house, Rose and Eric, are the best part of the whole thing. We have rented and traveled the world over and had thought that the Kiwis and Balinese were the world's most helpful and friendliest people, but Rose and Eric take the cake. They are incredibly helpful, kind, patient, responsive, and every other positive adjective you could name. I own the highest rated company (Yelp) of my profession in my city and I'd like to think I know a thing or two about customer service. I highly doubt I will ever meet anyone better than Rose and Eric. Close

Tout ceci a été rendu possible grâce a Mr & Mme Goldman, très chaleureux et disponibles malgré que nous n'ayons pas eu la chance de se rencontrer. Que vous soyez de la région, d'un autre coin en France ou de l’étranger...ne réfléchissez pas...cet endroit est fait pour vous!!! This house was perfect for a family vacation and small wedding celebration. Rose was very responsive to all my questions and helped to organize the small celebration for us - definitely going above an... Read more d beyond for us before (and during) our stay.

The house and gardens are even more well kept than in the photos; the rooms have up-to-date appliances, furniture, etc. (each bedroom has its own bathroom which is a big plus!) and the garden has a clean pool and beautiful flowers/bushes.

I would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in a scenic location (just minutes away from one of the cutest town centers in southern France, Bonnieux) in a place perfect for all ages (there are activities in the house like chess, foosball, petanques, etc.) I couldn't have asked for a more perfect wedding celebration at this house!

The environment around the domaine is spectacular, as are the views. For us, the idea of leaving the domaine during our week's stay was crazy! Everything we could have wished for was available, otherwise Karen took matters in hand - thank you so much, Karen.

The wine-tasting course was an amazing insight into a fascinating world. The domaine's wine (which I understand is mostly exported to fine restaurants in the US) is amazing, although I fear I lack the correct terminology to accurately describe it. Couldn't resist purchasing a few bottles to bring home with me.

Once again, many, many thanks to the team at Emotional Escapes as well as the team at the domaine for making our holiday so very special. Close

We just wanted to thank you for all your help in making our stay in Eygalieres so special. Mas Karenne was a lovely house, well equipped and furnished with a wonderful pool and garden. We loved Prove... Read more nce, and managed to see a few of the local attractions. We shall just have to return again another time. The drive down is a bit of a pain and long, however you soon forget about the long motorways.
